5. Validate and distribute the Internal Operations Plan
The CHSCT must be consulted before the Internal Operation Plan is circulated for prefectoral approval.
Official validation by the Prefect requires the dispatch of several paper copies, the number to be agreed with the Prefect.
The distribution of the POI must enable the various players to intervene in the best possible operational conditions. This is done in agreement with the prefectural authorities.
The parts that are not accessible to the public are defined during this consultation process, with a view to preventing malicious intent.
Copies distributed are carefully catalogued for easy updating.
Inside the plant, the Internal Operation Plan is kept in strategic locations: the operator's command post and in the offices of the various managers (DOI, Safety Manager,...
