Understanding the role of associations

An association can only act within the limits of its collective project. This is defined by its articles of association, in the "corporate purpose" article ("the purpose of this association is to...").

When an operator is confronted with the intervention of an association, it is therefore important to identify the latter's field of action by referring to its articles of association.

This field of action is defined both materially (their project) and geographically (their area of intervention).
