2. Administrative tribunal
There are 42 administrative courts in France (at least one in each region).
Established in 1953, they are interdepartmental (for example, the Lyon TA has jurisdiction over the Ain, Ardèche, Loire and Rhône departments).
They consist of one to seventeen rooms, each with :
