Assessing a project's impact on flora and fauna

When it comes to both the environment and safety, impact analysis must always follow a four-step chronological process:

• First, implement measures to eliminate impacts.

• Once these possibilities have been exhausted, re-evaluate the impacts based on these measures and assess any remaining impacts.

• Reduce these impacts.

• As soon as there are no more possibilities, propose compensatory measures to offset the impact generated by your operation.
