ICPE and administrative liability

It is important to identify :

• the players involved in implementing administrative liability ;

• the stages in the procedure leading to the implementation of the operator's administrative liability;

• cases in which the operator's administrative responsibility may be called into question;

• penalties incurred by the operator in the context of administrative liability.

The implementation of administrative responsibility, within the framework of ICPE regulations, involves two players:
