This is a dangerous game, since the inspection may be prompted by a report from an employee, a neighbor or a supplier. If the inspection confirms the facts thus brought to the inspector's attention, you make it inevitable that administrative and/or penal sanctions will be applied, with potentially serious consequences for your business.
