Where can I find the ministerial orders?

Decrees relating to ICPEs are not codified and must be searched for individually:

• on Legifrance or Ineris for ministerial decrees;

• on site des installations classées for prefectoral decrees.

Can a prefectoral decree override a ministerial decree?

Where a ministerial decree defines the requirements applicable to a category of ICPE, the prefectoral decree must include these requirements.
