Identifying constitutional texts
Identify the texts applicable to ICPE

It is important to understand the hierarchy of legal texts and to know where to find them, and in particular the legal texts relating to ICPEs (see Understanding the texts applicable to ICPEs: general concepts [FIC 1108] ).

In 2005, France adopted a constitutional text of relevance to ICPEs: the Charter of the Environment ( cf. Conseil constitutionnel follow the headings: the Constitution, the Constitution of October 4, 1958,...
