6. What should a life sheet contain?
A life sheet must be drawn up for each MMRI. It must be updated in the event of repairs or modifications. The life sheet must include the following key information:
the link with the scenario(s) justifying the MMRI ;
the associated risk reduction factor/confidence level ;
design and/or construction standards used (regulations, norms or standards), environmental conditions ;
the safety functions they provide (e.g.: brief description of the safety function provided, or reference to the safety flowchart);
maximum response time ;
the fallback position in the event of a detected fault (alarm indicating the fault or automatic triggering);
