5. After audit
The audit of a management system does not end when the audit team leaves! Several phases remain to be completed (see sequences 4, 5 and 6 in figure 1):
preparing, approving and distributing the audit report;
completion of the audit ;
audit follow-up.

These tasks, often considered tedious by the audit team (most of the audit has been completed!), are obviously more than necessary.
