2. Check the regulatory feasibility of your project in relation to your establishment
The arrival of new products on your site, depending on their quantity, is likely to entail two types of regulatory constraints:
administrative situation: your site may have to declare or request authorization to operate or discharge;
operating instructions: the use of these substances must comply with the conditions of use set out in the SDS, and may entail the application of a number of additional regulations.

To identify these constraints, you must quantify the flows and stocks of products and substances generated by the project, including mixtures made in-house, which you must classify:
