4. Implementing and building resilience
Depending on the lifecycle of the crisis, we set up observation cells (barometers of an organization) to identify the best strategy. All the elements proposed (tools, cells, individuals) will be used to implement the conditions for resilience. The priority is to answer four questions: when to intervene? which model to use? how to intervene? who should intervene?
We need to ask ourselves which management and intervention methods are best suited to the crisis in question. Our starting point is the assumption that any change is a crisis factor, whether explicit or implicit.
