1. What is the CODERST?

CODERST is the Departmental Council for the Environment, Health, and Technological Risks. It is a departmental administrative body that exists in every departmental prefecture (police prefecture in Paris).

1.1 Identify the missions of the CODERSTs

The mission of the CODERSTs is to assist the departmental prefect (the police prefect in Paris) on issues related to public policy in the areas of environmental protection, sustainable management of natural resources, and the prevention of health and technological risks.
