4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Don't confuse the activities of depositing, using or mixing and manufacturing the same product.

For the same product present on a site, the nomenclature establishes a different heading depending on whether it is stored, used (alone or in a mixture) or manufactured. For example :

woodworking (heading no. 2410) and wood storage (heading no. 1531);
manufacture of fertilizers and growing media: heading no. 2170 and fertilizer depot (heading no. 2175).
