The study of multiple couplings between several rooms can be addressed:

• or from power balances for each room;

• or from absorptions and apparent powers.

The first method (the matrix method) results in a vector representation that can become quite cumbersome as the number of rooms increases.

The second method (the reduced method) allows us to treat only those rooms which are of interest to the study.
