Classifying a substance: the importance of harmonized classification?

If necessary, you should draw up additional classifications. Indeed, the classification of your substance may be partially harmonized and therefore incomplete, as the CLP regulation focuses on the properties of greatest concern (CMR and respiratory sensitizer).

To do this, follow the same procedure as for establishing the classification of a substance (see List of hazard categories (Tool 2 )).
