Evaluating chemical risks in the context of arduous work

In this fourth step, the decree calls for an assessment of the duration of employee exposure. It is not necessary to carry out any calculations to arrive at a score, as a direct reading of the table in the decree allows us to conclude whether or not a situation qualifies as "arduous".

For both respiratory and dermal exposure, the threshold is deemed to have been reached, and reporting is therefore mandatory, when these parameters are taken into account, leading to the mention "eligible".
