3.1 Description of compressed air production and distribution system
The system used to apply the MBF-CEI method is a high-quality compressed air production and distribution system used in the food processing industry. The diagram in figure 6 shows a typical configuration of a compressed air production and distribution system (adapted from that proposed by PARKER http://www.parker.com/). The various components considered in this study include the following:
