The risk management system is based on both a preventive and forward-looking
approach to risk (preventing what may happen).
The forward-looking approach to risk management means that, from
the outset of risk mapping, uncertainty factors must be taken into
account, as indicated in the standard
ISO 31000 :2018
. In concrete
terms, this involves risk-mapping workshops, as well as brainstorming
sessions. – foresight workshops. The aim of these workshops is to
imagine the uncertain, the possible futures, what might happen in
the future.
