Mixing chemical substances: determining the CLP classification

To classify the mixture on the basis of its component-specific data, only those components relevant to classification should be selected. The following components can therefore be disregarded:

• substances not classified as hazardous under the CLP Regulation;

• substances presenting a hazard within the meaning of the CLP Regulation and whose percentage by mass or volume is below the generic thresholds indicated in the CLP Generic Thresholds for Classifying Mixtures tool ( 1 ...
