5.1 Find out more about each ECHA draft recommendation and its progress
To date, ECHA programmes one recommendation per year. Please note that the content of the recommendation foreshadows that of Annex XIV.
5.2 Consider the recommendation of a substance as a major signal indicating the short-term switch of a substance from the candidate list to Annex XIV.
Constraints are changing, and adaptations are needed to limit the economic consequences. It's essential to anticipate them now....
