ICPE: identifying internal and external players

You operate your facility within a local community: you need to be familiar with the key stakeholders there.

The main ones are the environmental inspector in charge of your facility and the mayor of the municipality where your facility is located.

The goal is twofold: on the one hand, it allows you to build relationships of trust with those responsible for overseeing your operations, and on the other hand, it helps you understand and comply with your regulatory obligations, as well as identify the assistance and guidance available to you.
