2. Contents of a declaration file

The activity declaration file must be completed by the operator of the facility before it is commissioned, and submitted via the online remote declaration service: https://demarches.service-public.fr/pro_mademarche/DICPE/demarche?execution=e1s1 . The contents of the declaration file are set out in article R. 512-47 of the French Environment Code.
