The driving force behind MADS-MOSAR is the process. Controlling the risks of a system means identifying the sources likely to generate flows which may themselves impact targets, and associating the necessary risk control measures.

The table at 3 shows, without claiming to be exhaustive, that reasoning from a process point of view covers all the industrial risk issues raised in the "problem" section.

MADS-MOSAR's process-based approach is perfectly suited to analyzing these risks.
