2. Coffee
Coffee belongs to the Rubiaceae family and to the Coffea genus, in which there are two different species:
Arabica, which only grows at altitude, from 600 m to 2,000 m. It includes some fifteen varieties with well-known names, such as Bourbon, Maragogype, Mokka, etc. (table
