ABSTRACT
Nanostructuring is studied within a context where nanotechnologies allow for the creation and use of materials, devices and systems concerning matter from 1 to 100 nanometers. The boundaries of current technologies are soon to be pushed. The crucial stage of the creation of nanostructures is thus illustrated: (nano)lithography, mask transfer, jet-ink impression, hybrid techniques, writing via local probe microscopy block copolymer. The design and production of molecular circuits are also included in advances concerned by these new materials.

INTRODUCTION
The race to miniaturize electronic devices has been underway for some time now. In the near future, the limits of the technologies currently used to manufacture integrated circuits using conventional lithography will be reached. This article presents some interesting ideas for overcoming these limits.
