ABSTRACT
The article addresses the problem of flow management, the impact of the economic environment on the objectives to be met, and the evolution of management methods, analyzed through their impact on a company's performance. Various flow management models are presented, highlighting their main features, the successful management principles that emerge, and their impact on corporate organization. The models are classified according to two main criteria that emphasize the essential differences between these approaches, and guide choice.

INTRODUCTION
MRP, ERP, JIT, OPT, GPA... these are just some of the acronyms we hear when we talk about flow management. But what exactly are they, and how do you make the right choice when it comes to choosing the right approach to improve your company's performance?
