The proposed approach places the human factor at the heart of the project's success. Once the preliminary analysis of the existing situation (phases 1 and 2) has been formalized, working groups will be set up to draw up the detailed master plan (phase 3).
These multi-skilled workgroups will bring together pilot users and, together with the project team, will be the key drivers for progress, formulating real problems, finding solutions and creating the conditions for clear, consistent and coherent decision-making.
