, and is designed to help you put your business plan into practice.
For reasons of space, it would not have been possible to present a business plan in its entirety. We have therefore chosen to concentrate on the essential points of this document. Each of these points is illustrated by extracts from business plans produced by students in the Innovation and Management of Technology master's program at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

For obvious reasons, this article only presents extracts from business plans that didn't make it through to the actual creation of the company...., even though many of the business plans produced by students of this course are actually developed.
This choice enables us to embrace a wide variety of entrepreneurial projects, and to focus on innovative projects, for which business plans are trickier to produce.
Like many management tools, the business plan is subject to fashion trends. One of these has recently led many entrepreneurs to favor short formats (e.g. 15 PowerPoint slides). Business plan formats (and therefore content) therefore depend on the trends of the period and the sector. In this respect, it may be useful to get in touch with players who can offer advice: the French Agency for Business Creation (APCE), the national network of support for entrepreneurs (BGE), gas pedals or incubators...
