3. How to clarify the message to be conveyed?
As unnatural as it may sound, you help your audience to follow your reasoning by revealing the conclusions right away and then explaining how you arrived at that conclusion. Indeed, the usual train of thought (introduction – development – conclusion) often leads the audience to wonder "what are you getting at?", which distracts their attention and reduces the quality of the message you want to convey. Giving the conclusion directly will enable you to keep your audience's attention and get your message across.
