The project manager turns a blind eye to conflicts: is it because he thinks it's not his job to manage them?
No! Conflicts are natural between players who do not share the same positions, and who must be able to express them freely if projects are to succeed.
Does the project manager ever take a personal stand in conflicts? What are the risks for the project?
What a pity! These conflicts become a failure for the project manager and his team, instead of an opportunity to be shared!
What to do in the event of a climb?
An alert must be sent to the hierarchy (preferably with the agreement of the project team).
