In addition to all this practical and technical advice, don't overlook all the insights gained from your reading, personal development and feedback on conflict management in your professional and project environment. The ability to manage project conflicts effectively is the result of your experience of dealing with others in tense situations, and your concern to maintain a spirit of cooperation in the interests of your project.
