2. Identify the requirements for subcontracting in public procurement contracts

Subcontracting in public contracts is characterized by the following points (articles L. 2193-1 to L. 2193-14 and R. 2193-1 to R. 2193-16 of the Code de la commande publique ):

the right to subcontract is limited to part of the contract ( article L. 2193-3 du Code de la commande publique );
Acceptance of the subcontractor and approval of the terms of payment are carried out either when you submit your offer to the contracting authority, or during performance of the contract (
