How do you proceed if your contact is based or domiciled abroad?

Under the terms of article D. 8222-7 du Code du travail , you must have your contractual partner, established or domiciled abroad, provide you with a copy of the contract at the time the contract is concluded and every six months until the end of its performance:

• a document showing his or her individual identification number or, failing that, a document showing his or her identity and address or, where applicable, the details of his or her tax representative in France;
