Why build an integrated management system?

When the three dimensions (quality, safety and environment) are of equal importance to the organization and to its customers and other interested parties, it is advisable for the organization to make a commitment by establishing a common policy associating quality, safety and the environment. Failure to integrate the various management systems could result in staff being questioned, leading to a lack of involvement.
