3. Build the action plan
Once the analysis has been carried out for each of the findings, a series of actions is identified. Sometimes, the actions identified are multiple and complex, requiring time and resources. In such cases, it's a good idea to talk in terms of projects, and to monitor them as such (e.g. implementation of an EDM). To get an overall view of all actions and projects, you'll need to draw up an action plan. This action plan is generally a table listing the actions so that they can be monitored and managed.
