3. What would be the roles and responsibilities in this process?
It is useful to have a project manager, especially when a Lean project is initiated. Once Lean has become firmly rooted in people's minds, and the approach has become a philosophy, this project manager will serve as an internal reference for all employees. He or she will be there to maintain the momentum for progress once the first results have been achieved. It goes without saying that this project manager will need to have the necessary skills to bring the project to a successful conclusion (skills in project management, management, communication, etc.).
