Interpreting the results of an organizational system audit

Based on the notes taken by the various auditees, complete the audit report in your "own words". This process will make it easier to deal with the various points raised in the report when you take it up for action. However, dealing with non-conformities and sensitive points (or points of vigilance) requires an immediate action plan.

All too often, a rereading of the findings after several months reveals an unclear formalization that makes them difficult to exploit over time.
