To ensure a comprehensive approach, this identification will be based on the system's processes.

The first step is to identify the main process activities. To illustrate the method, we'll use the example of the purchasing process. In our case, the key activities would be (non-exhaustive list):

• supplier selection ;

• ORDERING ;

• incoming inspection ;
