Analysis of project dependencies

It's not enough to focus on the global dependencies between projects. It's also a matter of understanding the interactions between two projects more precisely, for optimization purposes. In the example given in the figure below, the delivery of components (project 1) is closely linked to the performance testing of installed software (project 2). What's more, depending on the size of the interconnected projects, the tasks displayed on the task flowchart may be multiple, and dependent on the tasks of another project. We therefore need to refine the analysis of dependencies at project task level.
