Think of a partial lack of weld on a part as the result of the geometry of your tooling or the material.

Observe your machine, this type of defect in a weld often originates from a bad return or high-frequency leaks:
Close all HF returns: safety devices installed by the manufacturer;
Clean all contacts with copper-based conductive grease (oxidation is an insulator for HF);
tighten screws, bolts, etc. on your machine (clean contacts are essential);
change the broken foils with exactly the same dimensions (length, width) so as not to change the characteristics of your machine.
