Closing the project by capitalizing on feedback
Define project deliverables

This process enables all project activities to be finalized, bringing the project to a close and creating a feedback repository designed to capitalize on this experience for future projects and their teams.

At the end of the project, it is recommended that the project team meet with customers and key stakeholders to collect their feedback (VOC: Voice of custommer (Tool 4 )) and discuss what went well, and what could have been improved.
