3. Identify which elements of the PMP need to be adapted to accommodate change management needs

The general structure of a PMP and the elements it includes are listed in the file entitled Drafting a project management plan [FIC 0882] . The modifications or additions required in the various elements of your PMP for effective and efficient change management are listed below.

3.1 Project

Context: every change must be built and justified with convincing arguments that can be understood by all categories of stakeholders. It's not enough to convince a management committee based on financial and technical arguments, but to be able to explain, argue and make sense, to a production worker for example, of the need to change and modify his current way of working.
