1. Prepare the design review
As part of the overall process, the design review is conducted at the end of each phase. It provides an opportunity to align efforts, fostering effective collaboration and a climate of trust.
It meets the requirements of Section 8.3 of the ISO 9001 standard, “Design and Development of Products and Services,” as retained in the 2026 version of the standard.
As part of the Agile methodology, it is held at the end of each sprint, which is usually every two weeks. It provides an opportunity to present what was accomplished during the previous sprint, review the project’s progress, and validate or adjust plans for the next sprint.
Preparation is one of the most important stages. In fact, this is the stage at which the following should be defined:
