Whether in project management or problem solving, a working group is generally set up to carry out a global reflection. The participants may be chosen for their function or their technical skills.
Once the working group has been defined, it needs to be clearly led. At each meeting, it's necessary to present the objectives and challenges, and to conclude with the actions to be taken, along with the responsible parties and an achievable deadline.
In order to successfully carry out the animation mission, it is necessary to prepare the meeting by collecting the various elements that will enable the context to be presented.
Next, specialists with specific skills will be called upon to carry out an analysis of the causes (5 whys, for example) and identify the remedial, corrective and preventive actions to be implemented.
However, the facilitator will need to adapt to the audience in order to achieve the working group's objectives.
