For communication to be effective and efficient, it will be necessary to define how often and under what circumstances stakeholders will be involved.
These good relations and the commitment of stakeholders will lead to shared, winning solutions. Frequent two-way communication, through interactive meetings and continuous dialogue, will enable knowledge and ideas to be shared.
