Managing a 2.0 project for the first time: specificities and uses

During the deployment phase, communication and support are essential to the success of the project.

Communication, enhancement and promotion must take place at several levels:

• awareness-raising seminars to share best practices, good stories and difficulties between space animators and future animators;

• awareness-raising communication by e-mail, video, posters... ;

• targeted communication as needed.
