A tip of the hat to the avid texters. Project risk and opportunity management audits often provoke "mdr" and "lol" when you look closely at the answers proposed:
they rarely have the characteristics of a real action plan;
all too often, they resemble approximate cooking recipes, odorless and tasteless, because they are a pale copy, taken out of context, of a solution that we vaguely remember working in the past;
they don't correspond to a clear strategy, and too often seek to "buy time" in relation to the hierarchy.
