3. Preparing the action program
The principle of task hierarchization is common to MS Project 2003, 2007 and 2010, with each of these versions providing a higher quality of visualization and readability than the previous one. Note that while there is no (theoretical) limit to the number of levels in the MS Project task flowchart, the number of activities managed by a single actor is limited.
Bringing a project to a successful conclusion implies a coherent architecture of the tasks to be carried out in order to achieve the expected functions. Prioritizing your project will lead you to raise summary tasks in relation to elementary subordinate tasks, and to lower the latter (Project-Mode plan-Lower or Raise).
