The project manager then invites the team to examine the effects of complaint, denial and resignation. He uses a technique which treats the complaint, for example, as a character who intervenes in the team's life. As a result, team members see themselves interacting with the complaint. This is the first condition for defending against the "Complaint" character:
what does the complaint make you do?
how does denial prevent you from finding solutions?
when did resignation get the better of your motivation?
